Cancellation: You may cancel services within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if no substantial work has commenced. After this period, refunds are prorated based on work completed.
Non-Refundable Items: Domain registrations, third-party software licenses, and hosting fees are non-refundable once processed.
Refund Process: Submit refund requests to [email protected] with your project details. We will respond within 5 business days with a resolution.
All refunds are processed using the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Terms of Service
By accessing or using LumetricCore services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before engaging our services.
Service Scope: LumetricCore provides web development, database optimization, and deployment services as described in our service offerings. Project specifications are defined in individual service agreements.
Payment Terms: Payments are due according to the milestones outlined in your service agreement. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, all intellectual property rights for custom-developed work are transferred to the client. LumetricCore retains rights to pre-existing frameworks and tools.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the project engagement.
Limitation of Liability: LumetricCore's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Granada, España.
